- Groups are useful for reporting purposes.
- Group can affect a user's perspective and permissions in the system if the group has a role associated with it.

Step 1: Click on Organization in the side menu.
Step 2: Click on the People tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Search and select the user whose group you need to change.
Step 4: Go to the user's Profile tab.
Step 4: On the person's profile, under Group
Step 5: In the dialog search and select the groups you want to assign the person. Note you can assign multiple groups.
Step 6: Click OK.
These groups will now appear as chips in the user's Group field.
