Share Supervisor Library topics to groups of users

Sharing Supervisor Library topics to groups of users gives them access to these topics (and all of the pathways cataloged within them) via 'My Supervisor Library' in their accounts.

N.B. Only users with 'My Supervisor Library' in their dashboard will be able to see the topics you have shared.

How to share topics to groups of users

Step 1: On the Supervisor Library screen, click on the topic you'd like to share.

Step 2: Click the small + next to share with groups.

Step 3: Select the group/s to which you want to share the topic. and click OK. (You can click on multiple groups.)

The groups will now appear in tiles underneath the share with groups button.
