There are two possible sign-in scenarios, depending on whether you are the person who signed up for the account you are logging into, or whether you have been invited to sign into your account by another user.
Both of these scenarios are explained below.
- If you signed up for your own account with us
- If you were invited to join by an email from your system administrator
If you signed up for your own account with us
Step 1: Enter the URL you created when you first signed up for your account into our browser. The URL is [your username].xapimed.com.
Note: If you do not remember your username, please refer to the welcome email you received when you first signed up - this contains your sign-in information.
If you are unable to locate this welcome email and your sign-in information, please contact us via support.
Step 2: Enter your credentials, i.e. your email and your password, and click Login.
Signing in again in the future
To save yourself time, you can check the 'Remember me on this computer' box (if this setting is enabled) before you click Login so that you won't need to enter your sign-in details again next time.
If you were invited to join by an email from your system administrator
Step 1: You will receive an email from Xapimed asking you to accept the invitation to join our system.
It will look something like this...
Click on the one-time link in this email to be taken to your account to set up your password.
Note: This link expires after 24 hours for security reasons. Please contact your system administrator if you need a new one sent to you.
Note: If you are expecting an invitation to join via email and cannot locate this, please contact your system administrator.
Recommended: Make a note of the 'root' URL in this link, because you'll need to enter this URL into your browser when you want sign into your account again in the future.
For example, in this link below, 'Sampson Sample user' can see that he will need to enter 'tk-test11.xapimed.com' into his browser to access the sign-in page in the future sessions.
Step 3: Create your password for your account as prompted. Click CHANGE PASSWORD.
Step 4: Once your password has been successfully changed, click continue to Xapimed on the next screen to be taken directly to your profile.
Note: If you have not already noted the URL 'root' for your account, you'll be able to find/confirm this in your browser URL bar on the next screen.
Logging in again in the future
A reminder that, as mentioned above, you'll need to enter the 'root' URL to access your account. To sign in, enter the username or email being used for your account, and the password you nominated at Step 3.
To save yourself time, you can check the 'Remember me on this computer' box (if this setting is enabled) so that you won't need to enter your sign-in details again next time.
