Getting Started with an LRS (Watershed)

Try out a Learning Record Store (LRS) by installing the Watershed app.

Step 1: Click on Manage Apps in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Under Learning Record Stores, click Try Watershed LRS.

Step 3: Click Install.

Step 4: You will receive an email similar to the one below. Click Activate your account and follow the instructions to create your account.

Step 5: In xapiapps, perform an activity, for example:

• Upload some xAPI content into xapilauncher or storyline, rise launchers and preview the content
• Assign yourself a pathway with a youtube video and complete the task
• Assign yourself a self assessment and complete the task

Step 6: Once you complete an activity return to your Watershed account. In the top bar click on Dashboard and choose xapiapps.

Step 7: Look for the card associated with the activity you just completed. You will see an activity stream of xAPI statements.
