There are two ways to re-send an invitation to a user in your system.
Method One may be fastest if you know which user you need to re-send the invitation to.
Method Two may be fastest if you have many new users and need to scan a list to re-send invitations to those who have not yet successfully logged in.

Method One
Step 1: Click Organization in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Click on the People tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Search and select the user you want to invite / re-invite.
Step 4: On their user Profile tab, make sure the user has a valid email.
Step 5: Click Send Invitation.
Confirm that you want to send the invitation by clicking Yes.
The next screen will confirm that the invite has been sent.

Method Two
Step 1: Click Organization in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Click the Invite tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll down the list to find the invites which need to be re-sent. Click RE-SEND.
Confirm that you want to re-send the invite by clicking Yes.
The next screen will confirm that the invite has been sent.
