How to set up Group Training sessions

There are two places in which to set up a Group Training session.

METHOD ONE

Step 1: Click on the Group Training chip at the top of the main dashboard screen.

Step 2: Choose the agenda for the Group Training session. Click Next.

Step 3: Select the attendees for the session. Click Next.

Step 4: You will be provided with a summary of the agenda and attendees. Click the back arrow if you need to edit any details, otherwise, click LAUNCH to be taken to the group training session.

Note: Clicking launch does not start the session - you will be required to manually do this on the next screen.

METHOD TWO

Step 1: In any of the 'My Tasks' tabs, click the blue + button.

Step 2: Select Group Training.

Step 3: Choose the agenda for the Group Training session. Click Next.

Step 4: Select the attendees for the session. Click Next.

Step 5: You will be provided with a summary of the agenda and attendees. Click the back arrow if you need to edit any details, otherwise, click LAUNCH to be taken to the group training session.
