Pathways can be automatically assigned to new members of a group at the point that they are added to the group.
This is very useful when you know you have orientation material you need to assign to individuals once they are given supervisor duties, for example.
Step 1: Click on User Management in the side menu.
Step 2: Click the Groups tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Search and select the relevant group.
Step 4: Click on New Member Pathways tab
Step 5: Click +Add Pathway
Step 6: In the dialogue search and select the pathway you want to be automatically assigned to new members of this group.
Your selected pathway/s will now appear listed under the 'New Member Pathways' tab.
Any new members added to this group will now be automatically assigned the listed pathways.
