Autofill: Previous pathway step

You can set up this autofill rule in a generic observation / coach checklist and put it in a pathway after any assessment and it should pull through the whole assessment answers.

This autofill rule set up is useful for marking or reviewing assessments by a second person.

Example

The whole assessment will be pulled into the text answer in text format.

It will includes the questions, responses and scores.

Set up

In the assessment you want to pull into, go to a text answer and turn on Autofill.

Then add an autofill rule as follows.

This assessment can now be added after any assessment to pull down the whole completed assessment data.
