Skills Matrix: Create a new Skills Matrix [classic mode]

** NOTE: This guide relates to the classic mode of our system. **

Step 1

Click Reporting in the left-hand menu. Click the Skills Matrix tab.

Step 2

Add the groups and/or individual users to the Matrix settings by clicking Choose Groups and/or Choose Persons.

Step 3

Select the Skill/s you'd like to add to the Matrix by clicking Choose Skills.

Note: If a Competency is selected, checking the 'include required skills for the competencies' button will show all of the Skills contained within your selected Competencies.

The chips for each setting will then appear (see below).

Note: You can delete any settings by clicking the 'x' in the chip and then confirming that you'd like this removed by selecting Yes.

The Skills Matrix will appear on the screen beneath these settings.
